Order Processing

We ask customers to allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping orders. Orders with courier delivery are prioritized and will be shipped the same day if submitted before 1 PM Pacific Time.

We cannot guarantee weekend delivery times. Please use the Monday to Friday delivery windows to estimate the arrival time.

If there is a delay, you will be notified via email. Delayed orders will be shipped as soon as possible upon receipt and will not incur additional shipping charges. For more information about delayed items or to cancel a delayed order, please email your request to [email protected] with your order number.

US Warehouse Delivery: USPS (Door-to-Door Delivery)

Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
For different military address regions, the actual weight/size/category restrictions that USPS can deliver vary. Please refer to the USPS website for details.
Special Note: USPS will automatically correct and deliver to incorrect or non-standard addresses. Please confirm the accuracy of the address before placing an order. Additional fees will be charged based on the actual service provider's bill.

Order Cancellation Fee

If an order is in the confirmed status and you choose to cancel it, a 10% fee of the shipping cost will be charged if the cancellation is successful.
